With a smooth texture and a great flavor, Satina’s culinary qualities are comparable to Carola. An early- to mid-season German variety with high yields and resistance to rhizoctonia (black scurf), black leg, scab, and hollow heart. Field resistance to late blight; good resistance to tarnished plant bugs and leafhoppers. Tolerates heat well. Very good storage. Organic.
