Red Dutch Shallot

Very similar to Biztro Shallot. Clusters of 3-6 sets have coppery-red bulb wrappers. The sweet savory flavor of the light purple-pink flesh is more refined than shallots from seed. Easy to grow. Feed, weed, and mulch for best results. Approx. 15-20 sets per pound. Spring Ship. Organic.
