Purple Splendor

(100 days) Finally, a purple-fleshed sweet potato that should mature well in our northern climate. Recently released from the North Carolina University breeding program. Produces high yields of block-shaped or rounded elliptical roots. It’s prolific, so space at 14"-16" to prevent crowding. Resistant to fusarium wilt and southern root-knot nematode. Moderately sweet and dry texture. Organic.
