Amarosa - Organic

A mid-season specialty fingerling with red skin and flesh. Excellent culinary qualities make this ideal for baking, frying, or boiling. Chips keep their nice rosy coloring. Produces a large number of smooth, shallow-eyed fingerlings averaging about four ounces each. Handle gently, as they can skin easily. Resistant to common scab; lower incidence of tuber late blight. Organic.
