Similar to O’Henry but with a higher dry matter content and superior storage root shapes. Resistant to southern root-knot nematode and soil rot. Bonita has excellent culinary characteristics with a dry, flaky texture and a high sugar content. Great for dessert recipes. Plant 12" apart.
