were quite pleased with these purple beauties we dug from our trials plot. Dark
purple skin on round to oval tubers; dark yellow flesh is fluffy when baked,
delectable when roasted. Medium yielding with a long dormancy. High in
antioxidants. Some resistance to scab and verticillium wilt. Medium semi-erect
plant with violet white-tipped flowers.
