Maine Potato Lady™ Potato and Garlic Fertilizer

(6-5-2 N-P-K) We have blended an organic fertilizer from ingredients that are reported to have biofumigant properties as well as fertilizing value. Made from neem cake (slow release nitrogen that may have nematicidal effects), mustard seed meal (slow release nitrogen reported to have biofumigant properties toxic to soil-borne pathogens) and crab meal (slow release nitrogen that contains chitinase which promotes chitin-eating bacteria in the soil). This mixture also contains fish meal to increase nitrogen and water-soluble humic acids to aid the soil microorganisms in converting the nitrogen into a useable form of protein. Apply at 2#/100-160 sq ft or 20#/1000 sq ft. MOFGA-approved.
